Southern Province Cement Co has announced the partial acceptance and handover of the new production line at its Jazan cement plant in Saudi Arabia.

The company said most construction work has been completed, while trial operation has begun on parts of the new line.

Handover of the remaining components and the start of full commercial production are expected before the end of 2026.

The new line is being developed to replace the plant’s existing production lines.
