Aerzen has introduced two direct-drive screw blowers to its Delta Hybrid range, extending its process-air offering for applications including pneumatic conveying at cement plants.

The D100S delivers up to 6060m³/h and the D120S up to 7320m³/h. Both operate at differential pressures of up to 1250mbar(g) and offer a 1:5 turndown ratio. Variable-frequency drives and AERtronic controls are fitted as standard, allowing operators to adjust air delivery and monitor performance remotely.

Aerzen says the oil-free packages can use up to 37 per cent less energy than conventional blowers, depending on the application. The company has not identified a cement-plant installation of the new models.
