Titan has made a strategic minority investment in Command Alkon, establishing a long-term partnership with the construction-materials software supplier. The investment value and ownership percentage were not disclosed.

Command Alkon provides cloud-based systems for production, dispatch, logistics and commercial workflows across ready-mix concrete, aggregates and asphalt operations. It remains an independent technology company, majority-owned by investment firm Francisco Partners.

Titan plans to progressively expand adoption of Command Alkon’s solutions across its operations, creating a unified digital architecture for its ready-mix and aggregates businesses. The rollout aims to improve data integration, reduce operational complexity and support wider deployment of artificial intelligence.

The investment forms part of Titan’s Forward 2029 strategy and extends its digitalisation programme into downstream operations. Titan said real-time AI optimisation and predictive maintenance systems already cover more than 90 per cent of its cement manufacturing assets.

The group’s strategy targets EUR100m in annual efficiencies from industrial, decarbonisation and digital initiatives.
