CRH reported 3Q26 revenue of US$11.4bn, up three per cent from US$11.1bn a year earlier, supported by positive pricing, resilient underlying demand and acquisitions.
Adjusted EBITDA remained unchanged at US$2.7bn, while the adjusted EBITDA margin declined from 24.3 to 23.5 per cent. Net income fell 22 per cent to US$1.2bn, principally due to impairment losses. CRH said cost inflation, subdued residential activity and divestments offset commercial and operational improvements.
The group expects full-year net income of US$3.1–3.3bn and adjusted EBITDA of US$7.8–8bn. It completed its US$8.5bn acquisition of Arcosa in October, having invested a further US$1.9bn in 27 acquisitions during the year to date.
CRH has also launched an operating-model programme targeting US$400m in annual run-rate benefits by the end of 2028.
