The new works was expected to cost US$401m, including the building of a pipeline that feeds the plant. However, the project was postponed indefinitely although Empresa Pública Productiva Cementos de Bolivia (Ecebol) launched an international tender in February 2012 for the construction and commissioning of the plant. |
