Siam Cement fourth-quarter net profit up 11% YoY28 January 2015, Published under Cement NewsSiam Cement PCL, Thailand's largest industrial conglomerate, said on Wednesday its 4Q14 net profit rose 11 per cent due mainly to improving margin for its petrochemical business despite an inventory loss. Prachai Leophairatana, chief executive of TPI, said the first tranche would be a four-year debenture carrying a coupon rate of 4.85 per cent while the second tranche for five years carries a coupon rate of 5.20 per cent.
