Titan announces 14% sales rise in 9M23

Titan 's group sales in the 9M23 increased by 14 per cent to EUR1892m YtD driven by increased volumes in all its regions and by solid pricing levels. Group EBITDA reached EUR397m YtD, up by 72 per cent as the group’s margins restored. Cementarnica Usje sees 9M net profit up 77%

North Macedonia-based Cementarnica Usje , owned by Greek cement producer Titan, reported 77 per cent YoY increase in net profit to MKD1.1bn (US$19m) in the January-September 2023 period. The company’s operating expenses declined 17 per cent YoY to MKD3.4bn in the 9M23 as material costs fell 23 per cent YoY to MKD1.9bn. Titan records consolidated sales of EUR1662m in 9M22

Titan Group's consolidated sales for the first nine months of 2022 reached EUR1661.8m posting a 31.6 per cent increase. Energy costs have seen their highest levels during the early part of the 3Q22. However, the group was able to both increase prices as well as work on improving the energy mix, achieving a higher EBITDA.
