Tianjin Cement Industry Design & Research Institute Co Ltd has ordered two LM 53.3+3 CS Loesche clinker grinding mills for PT Semen Baturaja in Indonesia. Both of the mills have a capacity of 175tph with material ground to a fineness of 3400 Blaine. Each mill is fitted with a gearbox with a power of 4200kW. Ramco to establish new Odisha grinding unit

Chennai-based Ramco Group is planning to establish a 0.9Mta cement grinding plant at Choudwar, district Cuttack, Odisha in eastern India on the Bay of Bengal. The estimated cost of the project is INR4.06bn (US$61.21m). The project has received clearance from the Government of Odisha, with construction set to commence in Q1 2016.

On 15 November 2015, China Resources Cement (Lianjiang) Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the China Resources Cement, commenced operation of its first cement grinding line with a production capacity of 1Mta in Lianjiang City, Guangdong province.
