Tokyo Cement Group supplies purified water system

Tokyo Cement Group has gifted purified drinking water facilities to the people of Siyambalagaswewa in Mihintale, Sri Lanka as part of its Fountain of Life project. Henan to hike water and electricity fees

The Chinese province of Henan will increase water and electricity tariffs for cement and steel producers that have failed to meet ultra-low emissions standards, said the provincial environmental regulator. Argentina’s Loma Negra and Bridgestone have entered a partnership to re-use in Llavallol, Buenos Aires province. Bridgestone will supply 200,000lpd of filtered water. The step will enable the cement producer to reduce pressure on the aquifer it uses to feed its plant.
