For this month’s Technical Forum Dr Clark’s focus is on cement industry business models through the net zero transition, as presented by Fabian Apel of McKinsey & Co at this year’s Cemtech Europe, which took place in Istanbul, Turkey, in October 2023. Mr Apel’s particularly thought-provoking presentation was based on an article from McKinsey’s Materials Practice.
