Cemtech Conferences is a leading conference and exhibition event for the global
cement sector.
Cemtech Conferences, first established in 1991, have become one of the leading
events in the annual cement industry calendar, offering a consistent level of
high-quality conference programmes and networking opportunities for cement
industry professionals worldwide.
The Cemtech story begins in March 1991 when the first major Eastern European cement
conference and exhibition was organised in Prague, Czech Republic, before an
audience of more than 300 cement specialists over a three-day event. Since then
Cemtech has travelled extensively around Europe each year, being held in over 15
countries and attracting well over 2000 individual delegates. The last event in
September 2007 revisited Prague on our 15th Anniversary before an audience of
over 350 cement professionals.
Recently Cemtech has expanded to include cement conferences in the Middle East,
including Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, and in 2006, the first Cemtech
Conference to be held in the United States was successfully concluded in Florida
and again in 2007.
2008 will see Cemtech reach Asia with our first conference in Singapore on the
22-25 June.
