Anhui Conch Cement fully acquires Yunnan cement company
Anhui Conch Cement Co recently acquired a 100% stake in Yunnan Zhuangxiang Cement Co Ltd for CNY50m, sources reported.
In addition, the company plans to build a dry-process clinker line with a capacity of 2000tpd.
