Eurocement Group Ukraine to sell into Middle East
Eurocement Group Ukraine plans to enter the markets of the Middle Eastern countries, focusing on Syria, Pakistan, Iraq and Turkey, company CEO Hennadii Donets said. Currently the company exports its products to Belarus, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Romania.
In 2005, Eurocement Group Ukraine exported 753,480t of cement. Its cement output stood at 2.788Mt in 2005, up by 18.5 per cent year-on-year, according to data of local cement producers’ association Ukrcement. Published under Cement News
