Federal Antimonopoly Service withdraws claims

The Russian Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Nizhniy Novgorod region has notified Eurocement that it withdrew its requirement for the company to submit on 29th day of each month data on its wholesale prices for cement.  

In this connection, the arbitration court of the Nizhny Novgorod region has now stopped litigation on the claim of the department of FAS for the Nizhny Novgorod to declare invalid act of FAS.  

As it was earlier reported, arbitration court of Bryansk declared invalid act of the FAS department for the Bryansk region against Eurocement group on the monthly data on wholesale prices for products. The court considered that item 3 of article 7 of the federal law on the protection of rights of legal entities in the course of state control was violated, the company’s press service told Moscow news sources.
