Spanish Catalan cement manufacturer Cementos Molins and subsidiary Cementos Molins Industrial have launched a bid for 43 per cent of shares in the company worth 278.84m euros. The aim of the operation is to buy 4,609,000 shares in the company in order to acquire the 40.9 per cent of capital in the company owned by French counterpart Lafarge.
