Apo energy deal gets government approval19 May 2014, Published under Cement NewsThe ancillary services procurement agreement (ASPA) between the National Grid Corp of the Philippines (NGCP) and Apo Cement Corp (ACC) has been approved by the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
