Fuel shortage causes cement plant to halt production03 November 2017, Published under Cement NewsFábrica de Cimento do Kwanza Sul SA ( FCKS) in the Cuanza Sul Province of Angola was forced to stop production on Wednesday after a significant lack of HFO.
