RTsK eyes stake in Iskitimcement, Russia01 March 2012, Published under Cement NewsRussian Cement Company, a joint venture of Sibtsem Holding and Rostekhnologii State Corporation, has reached agreements in principle for the acquisition of a 63% stake in Iskitimcement with RATM-Holding. An application will soon be submitted to Russia's antimonopoly service. At present, auditors hired by RTsK and RATM-Holding are near to complete the audit of Iskitimcement.
