Buzzi Unicem has announced that Luca Dal Fabbro will be resigning from his position of non-executive director, effective from the end of the board meeting on 28 March 2019. He was appointed on 8 February 2018 in place of Oliviero Maria Brega, who had passed away. CRH has announced that Don McGovern will step down from its Board of Directors on 25 April 2019, after serving two three-year terms. "On behalf of the board I would like to thank Don for his commitment to CRH over his six years on the board, and in particular for his service as senior independent director and as chairman of the remuneration committee. Australia’s Adelaide Brighton has announced that Nick Miller will become the company’s new CEO after Martin Brydon leaves the company next year. Mr Miller is the CEO of Broadspectrum, an infrastructure and maintenance service group, and was the managing director of civil construction company Fulton Hogan between 2010-17. Mr Miller is expected to take up the position no later than 17 April 2019, according to Zlatko Todorcevski, chairman of Adelaide Brighton.
