Shute coating

Dear all:
I am looking for a good coating to put on my shutes at the end of my conveyor belts. The normal steel on the shute is wearing off and is not slippery enough so the bags gets stucked. I know there is a coating but cant recall the name for it?

Can anyone assist?

Re: Shute coating

You Can use Densite, but it is coastly or you can go for some castables from REFRATHINCK.

Re: Shute coating

You may simply provide the step chute boxes at the bottom & sides of the chute where the flowing material gets retained and acts like its own wear resistant material, provided you have got the margin for doing this at site. This we did for clinker, coal, limestone, cement abrasive material.Just try out!

Good luck

Mr. Bhaskar this the best way to save clinker chute wear, in addition you can also fix your old crusher or mill liner at edge.
