Hi,

There are two solutions 1) .You can introduce fine sand from the downcomer duct at regular intervals.2) Installing airblaster with inclined pipe towards the angle of fan blades.

The second one working good in our system.

Could you please tell me more detaily how you install inclind pipe towards the angle of blades ?

We have the same problem with our ID fan after preheater tower, but we use pulverised water for lowering temperature.
