Raw Meal Homoginity

Dear Experts,

We are running our LS stacker in point stacking mode and clay also in the same way.Lime stone chemistry is steady.

The problem is that we are not getting a well homoginised raw meal out of homo silo what ever we are feeding ,coming out is the same. due to this problem our kiln performance is very poor.

Pease look into your Homo silo .Probably it is not doing any work.

Which parameter i have to look as do i need to change the sequence of extraction air slide or do i need to check the aeration in the silo.

hello every one ...

first you check your air slide at top of silo ..may some of them chocked ....

 and then check silo extraction  sequence  ....and one thing more , also check the timing of one extraction gate....
