heat resistance testing

Hi all!  I am a Process Engineer at a green company that makes recycled durable surfaces.  We have unfortunately been having our product fail in some installations and we are not too sure what exactly is the root cause.  We would like to determine the heat resistance of our product.  Does anyone know of a company that could do this?  How could one determine the heat resistance of a product that is made of 100% recycled glass in a portland cement matrix?  I appreciate any leads; thank you!
