fine clinker formation with petcoke
why we get fine clinker with the use of petcoke firing? is this clinker harder to grind than with indian coal? how can we eleminate the fines in the clinker ? what is the limit of SO3 % IN THE BOTTOM CYCLONE STAGE & IN CLINKER FOR NORMAL OPERATION OF KILN & CLINKER QUALITY & WHY? WHAT IS THE LIMIT OF EVAPORATION FACTOR AT THE BOTTOM STAGE (KILN FEEDING CYCLONE) & HOW IT IS CALCULATED? HOW CAN WE CALCULATE THE SULFUR ALKALI RATIO , WHERE & WHAT IS THE LIMIT FOR NORMAL OPERATION? RAJ

Nearly all of these questions have been discussed before, in other threads. I suggest you do a forum search for the word "petcoke" and the words "alkali sulphur" using the search function located near the top of the page. (just under the first advertising banner)

friends we used coal cv of 5700. lsf of rawmeal 98 . but our clinker size is very small how can v improve our clinker size and what is the ideal clinkerr size for cement mill supported with roller press. what is the dust limit in clinker.
