cyclone dip tube

Dear all:

we are facing  a problem in dip pipe of preheater cyclone . Actually it is fell down and damage from cyclone 6 first stage depending on the arrangttent from the top to bottom

my question i want to know  what the reason exactly   for this to happen and are there any relation with the  alkali materials to show like this event and  if the temperature of this area more than the normal will effect it
