Setting time for Slag Cement

Hi, 

we prepared slag cment in lab ball mill which setting time is higher compare to PPC and OPC. when we use phosphogypum its setting time increased more than 500 minutes. slag % use in PSC is 55.

I request to all experts to give your valuable comment to overcome the difficulty of high setting time.

You can try for the grinding aid which can increase the fineness and reduce the setting time?In General phosphogypsum retards the setting time.....
