From the above details what was the conclusion Means where was the problem for this massive build up. is it in the material or fuel or burner pipe set up. Were they able to break the ring from the steps taken for breaking it ?Interested to hear from the  experts.

if ASR and alkalis are in normal range in raw material & Coal; what would be the possible causes build up bolder type heavy coating and fell down from PC on smoke chamber top?

(smoke chamber area totally blocked)

we are suffering from coating build up at smoke chamber since long time.
