1. Check whether the sieve screen and the outlet is horizontal. If not, you should adjust it.

2. If the vibrator beaks down, you should examine and repair the vibrator.

3. If the grease becomes thickening and blocking, you can wash the vibrator first,then chage and add new grease.

4. Besides of the above, another important point is adjusting the eccentric block angle of the vibration motor. This angle should not be adjusted too small, or the material will scatter too much. Usually the vibration screen motor's angle of leaving factory is 45 degrees.
