KILN ESP FAN EFFICIENCY LOW

Dear All

My kiln ESP fan is placed before ESP & venting in ESP.

It is running at 76% speed , with 350000 m3/hr, Pressure across fan is 35 mmwg , fan motor load is 135 kW, temp 124 deg.

My fan efficiency comes to less than 30%.

Fan is dual inlet without damper operation . Speed controlled with DC variable speed motor.

Fan inlet system is two VRMs, before VRM gases are cooled by water spray in down comer duct . After downcomer PH fan gases at 210 deg are sent to VRMs.

Fan specifications are 4400 m3/hr @ 125 deg @ 250mmwg , Connected motor 292 KW

What can we do to improve efficiency of fan in the existing system.
