We have 500 tpd plant, we would like to use waste rubber tyre powder for firing along with coal, my question is how to dose the rubber tyer powder, whether it will be feeded through coal pulvarizer or directly in to coal
weigh feeder to primary or secondary firing, what is the advantage and disadvantage of using this, please advise us, Regards, Ramesh Aital

Dear
You can mix with fine coal with tyre dust into silo for firing into calciner & kiln main firing.But tyre dust must free from steel wire. Saving as fuel replaced by AF . If PAT taken & 50 % cost saving from your present coal.
