change clinker

In our plant we have imported clinker.

we produce our clinker  45 t / h, now with the new  clinker can not raise to 40 tons / hr.

The problem is that the first mill chamber is obstructed

What parameters should know the clinker to determine how to increase production?

Thanks

Hello,

The imported clinker is obviously harder to grind than your normal clinker. You may have to optimise the ball charge if you plan on using imported clinker for extended periods. Or, if it is economical, you could precrush the imported clinker.

Is it possible to blend the imported clinker with normal clinker?

Regards,

Ted.

I know a simple method of increase of capasity of grinding of clinker. You must use  compacting of clinker in roller press before grinding in ball mill

I'm study this process.. Very high efficiency. Not only increases productivity of grinding but also the activity  of cement on the basis of clinker.

There are a more cheaply analog of koeppern press. I'm working with our company

re change clinker

Hello,

What is the problem of mixing imported clinker with your produced clinker! we are feeding our mills with mixed clinker for long time without any problem, I think feeding yor mill with mixed clinker has an advantage of mixing high quality clinker and low quality clinker.
