We don't have a separate dedusting system for by pass, the by pass gas go thru ESP of cooler, your presume is correct. The big different of the gas from cooler before and after WHR installation is the temperature only. We our gas volume is almost not change as our measurement. I don't know if the by pass gas composition have any impact on the ESP or not?!

We are also looking for the dedusting system for by pass gas. Which kind of of filter is the best fit for this type of gas/dust?

Bag Filter is generally used for separation of dust from exhaust  gases and fan for venting the gases to atmosphere.There are many reputed supplier of kiln gas bypass system.You may contact to the followingg reputed supplier of kiln gas bypass system and discuss your present problem with them:
