Hello Mohan,

No, once the kiln feed rate is constant the quantity of dust that is recycled remains the same and is only dependent on the efficiency of the top cyclone(s). 

Think of it as an irrigation system in which a pump extracts water from a small pond. Part of the way along the outlet pipe is a leak, which drains a small portion of the flow back to the pond. Unless the size of the leak or the pump flow rate changes, the amount of water draining back is always the same.

In this analogy, the lake is the kiln feed, the pump is the kiln feed transport to the preheater and the leak is the dust flow back to the kiln feed. The size of the leak is the cyclone efficiency and the pump flow rate is the kiln feed rate.
