SO3 fluctuation

dear experts 

                 please help me understand the so3 fluctuation in chemistry of hot meal and clinker

what will happen if my hot meal so3 incresing from 3.0 to 4.5 gradually from last three days but my clinker so3 is constant about 2.0 

please clear me the impacts on coating behavior and other impacts.
