Kiln tyre 2 temperature high

Dear sir,

Kiln tyre 2 temp is frequently geting high. Kiln is running at rpm of 2.74..with  feed 151tph...Total feed capacity is 200tph..what can be the possible causes and remedies to reduce it..?

Refractory installed at tyre position may have high conductivity hence it is transferring more heat. Secondly bricks wear at that position would have been higher. Change type of bricks and use mortar at tyre position.
