SO2 gas emissions

Good Afternoon.

Does SO3 content in raw meal and fuel-Pet coke contributes to SO2 gases emission? How to calculate the amount of SO3 content in clinker from raw meal and fuel? Please explain the phenomenon of SO2 gases formation in the clinkerization process with relevant documents.
