High LSF difference between kiln feed and clinker

Dear experts .

  • We facing high difference between kiln feed LSF and clinker LSF up to 7%, and C3S being low to 45 with high free lime. 
  • And to overcome this issue we increase kiln feed.LSF up to 107 to to increase C3S % to 60 .
  • What the problem...?

can you send chemical analysis of all raw materials including the fuel (Ash analysis). where the return dust is taken and in what percentage
