The Vietnamese Ha Tien 2-Can Tho cement plant in the southern city of Can Tho will expand capacity to 800,000tpa at a cost of US$1.5m in order to meet increasing regional demand.   Can Tho has produced 796,000t of cement so far this year, an increase of 330,000t over the same period last year. The plant’s output is also used in HCM City and in southeastern and central areas of the country. Published under Cement News
