Mangalam Cement Ltd said the lift structure of serving the preheater tower had collapsed on Tuesday evening during a planned shutdown for maintenance of a unit, according to the National Stock Exchange (NSE).  It said the loss was being assessed and the tentative date of restart of clinker production would be decided later.  Three contract labourers died in the collapse, it said.    Published under Cement News
