Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd (ACPL) has announced its 1QFY19 results. It reported a net profit after tax of PKR423m (US$3.2m), down 30 per cent YoY despite an increase in revenue from PKR3.59bn to PKR5.83bn during this period. Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd (ACPL) has invited a tender for the bulk supply of gypsum and laterite in  2018-19. Experts are hoping an increase in exports of cement from Pakistan during the outgoing FY18. The country recorded its highest growth of cement exports during 2008-10, when, it hovered around 10.75Mt. Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd (ACPL) 3QFY18 financial results saw a decline in net profit to PKR674m (US$5.8m) from PKR860m (US$7.41m), earned in same quarter last year. This represents a profit fall by  22 per cent YoY. Its net sales increased to PKR4.57bn from PKR4.01bn during this period. DG Khan Cement (DGKC) of Pakistan has announced that its net profit for the 1HFY18 fell by 17 per cent YoY to PKR4.50bn (US$40.6m). Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd has announced its financial results for the half-year period ended 31 December 2017. The company’s profit after tax fell 16 per cent YoY, to PKR1.15bn (US$10.38m) from PKR1.37bn seen in the year-ago period. Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd (ACPL) has started operations at its new 1.2Mta production line at Hub, Balochistan.
