In September 2013 alone, cement sales were 565,775t, a rise of 8.8 per cent from the 519,919t recorded in the same month of last year. |

The new partner will be expected to take a majority stake in the company, bringing knowledge, technology and funding to the project, which will see the construction of a new clinker line. Output from the new line will be delivered to the two state-owned cement works in Chimborazo and Cañar. |
