NCL Industries reports 33% increase in production09 April 2021, Published under Cement NewsIndia’s NCL Industries has reported a 33 per cent YoY rise in cement production to 691,136t in the 4QFY20-21, compared to 519,339t in the year-ago period. Cement dispatches also advanced 38 per cent to 701,949t from 508,392t. The company’s production of cement boards reached 19,740t, while board dispatches was at 22,188t during the final quarter of the FY20-21. |

Cement production fell 1.2 per cent YoY to 2.8Mt, while production of ready-mixed concrete grew 5.1 per cent to 1.57Mt. Profits and revenues were up 163 per cent and 13 per cent, respectively, compared to the July-September period in 2019. Domestic cement production in August 2020 rose by 17.4 per cent to 392,000t compared to 334,000t in August 2019, reports the Daily Mirror.
