Re: JPF Fan impiller coating

Take the sample of the coating and check it for Fe may be the raw mix composition is changed from previous to now.

Re: JPF Fan impiller coating

It is unusual to encounter such problems with a bag filter fan as the gas should be clear of dust. It is much more common on fans operating in dust laden gas such as kiln induced draft fans or raw mill fans. There the presence of sticky dust or static electric charges can be the cause. The fact that bag quality is attributed as a cause of the problem suggests that dust is passing the bags and therefore the filter is not operating as it should. A remote alternative is that some species (ammonium salts?) is passing the bags as a gas, but condensing after the bags and causing coating on the impellor.
