Bolivia’s Minister of Production Development, Teresa Morales said Wednesday that she rules out the implementation of a price band for cement and reported that it works with the country’s cement sector, to ensure imports of clinker.



In a news conference, Morales said that "there is no official price, there is no price band for cement," revealing that [the government] is working with the cement sector in an exchange of information, during which "we have found that the importation of clinker is vital. "
