New chairman for FCC cement units
The board of Cementos Portland Valderrivas SA, Fomentos de Construccion y Contratas SA’s cement operations, named Jose Ignacio Martinez-Ynzenga as its new chairman, replacing Rafael Martinez-Ynzenga, who’s retiring.
The new chairman was a managing director of one of Portland’s divisions in 1993 and since 2002 has been the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
