Buzzi Unicem has announced that Luca Dal Fabbro will be resigning from his position of non-executive director, effective from the end of the board meeting on 28 March 2019. He was appointed on 8 February 2018 in place of Oliviero Maria Brega, who had passed away.

Mr Dal Fabbro has decided to leave his position after his name had been indicated for the presidency of Snam SpA by the majority shareholder, according to a press release. The company thanked him for his contribution and noted that, at the time of his resignation, he does not hold any Buzzi Unicem shares.
