Eurocement’s new Podgorensky plant in the Voronezh region of Russia has launched the production of two special types of cement designed to be used in the construction of residential, infrastructural, and industrial facilities. Lipetskcement output increases 27.9%, Russia

Russia-based Lipetskcement, part of the Eurocement Group Holding, produced a total of 1.33Mt of cement, an increase of 27.9 per cent (247,350t) compared to the the first three quarters of 2012. Akhangaracement 9M13 production and shipments rise, Uzbekistan

Akhangaracement JSC, part of the Eurocement Group, produced 1.176Mt of cement and 853,503t of clinker in the first nine months of the year, up 1.61 per cent and 7.66 per cent YoY respectively. Ulyanovskcement reports steady gains

JSC Ulyanovskcement, part of Russia’s Eurocement group, has shown a steady increase in all of its performance indicators during the first eight months of this year. Akhangarancement, part of the Russia-based Eurocement group, has reported a steady growth in its key performance indicators for the first seven months of the year. Ukraine: Eurocement deliveries edge up in 1H13

Eurocement Ukraine increased its deliveries by 2.1 per cent YoY to 0.697Mt in the first half of 2013. In addition, the company has enjoyed a steady increase in its bagged cement shipments and noted a 10 per cent rise to 0.259Mt during the same period. Just under a third of the total volume was high-quality CEM I 42.5N, which registered a modest rise of 1.1 per cent (2200t). Russia-based Eurocement Holding AG is planning to increase its stake in Uzbekistan's second largest cement producer Ahangaran Cement up to 100 per cent. Eurocement 1H output rises 5%

The cement output of Russia’s Eurocement Group increased by five per cent to 11.5Mt during January to June 2013, the company said in a statement. Cement shipments, meanwhile, rose by seven per cent during the six month period. Ahangarancement, part of the Eurocement Group of Russia, produced 565,200t of clinker and 739,500t of cement in the first half of 2013, representing a YoY rise of 12.8 per cent and 1.4 per cent. Eurocement announces new expansion project, Russia

Russia's leading cement producer Eurocement plans to invest around RUB12bn (US$387.7m) to build a dry-process line at its Nevyansky Tsementnik plant in the Sverdlovsk Region, the regional government reported on Monday. The new line will have a capacity of 1.3Mta.  The company will invest its own and borrowed funds into  construction of the project.
