Chettinad Cement board to consider amalgamation proposal
Chettinad Cement Corporation Ltd., has informed the Mumbai stock exchange that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on February 9, 2006, to consider the proposal for amalgamation of Alagappa Cements Pvt Ltd, and Valliammai Limes Pvt Ltd, with the company. The above two companies are wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS) of the company. Published under Cement News
