Lipetskcement, part of the Eurocement group, produced 81,420t of cement in the first two months of this year, 8.8 per cent more than the same period of 2013. Eurocement eyes Belarus cement investment

The Eurocement Group of Russia is ready to invest US$70-80m to upgrade cement production facilities in Belarus, Minister of Architecture and Construction, Anatoly Chernyi, told a press conference. Eurocement Group to invest over EUR1.5bn in expansion

Russia's leading cement producer Eurocement Group is to invest over EUR1.5bn in five expansion projects of its production facilities until 2015. Among them, the plant in Voronezh Province, with a capacity of 2.4Mt, is to be put into operation by the end of 2012. Katavsky Cement, part of Russian market leader Eurocement Group, produced 146,008t of cement in August 2012, surpassing last year’s record of 138,005t.
