Hi

 

                                         ( Initial wt of wear            --    ( Final wt of wear parts

                                    parts during installation in gms     during removal in gms)

Wear Rate ( gm/MT of material) = ---------------------------------------------------------- 

                                                  Total material  crushed/ground  during period in MT

 

In case of hammer crusher the wear parts considrered are the hammers, wheres the blow bars are considered for impact crusher

For VRM, the rollers as well as the table  wears are calculated individually as well as totally
